My Poor Baby!!!

So Andie has been on amoxicillin for almost a month now. She had a double ear infection and it wouldn't clear up so they put her on something a little stronger. Well about a week after that she woke up covered in bumps. We took her straight to the doctor and discovered that she is allergic to amoxicillin! They put her on Zyrtec to clear it up and told us that she could continue to get hives for up to FIVE Days. Sure enough it did continue to get worse for another three or four days but she is all better now. She was such a good girl though. She never cried or complained about them, even when one of her eyes almost swelled shut. These are a few pictures of what she looked like, they are taken when she was getting much better. They were much worse for a few day.

YAY for SPRING!!!

It has been so nice this week, I love it! Adam had the day off so we decided to go to the park that is by us and take Titus to chase all of the birds. It was a little windy but such a beautiful day. Andie LOVED being outside. She just looked around at everything and was so content. There wasn't very many birds out yet but Titus did find a goose to chase around for a while. It was pretty entertaining to watch. I am getting excited for nice, warm weather!

8 MONTHS and St. Patricks Day

Time has just been flying by lately. Andie is getting so big I just cant believe it. I just love her personality but I miss her being my little baby. Not that she is very big, she is still only 15 lbs. She now has 6 teeth, says Mama, army crawls, climbs on EvErYtHiNg, and she LOVES Baby Einstein movies.As you can see I now have to keep a close eye on her at all times. She would rather climb up to stand and walk than crawl. I was trying to clean her room and box up all of her old clothes the other day and every time I turned around she was climbing on something else.

Tag Blanket!

Andie's favorite toy is actually not a toy at all. It is to play with the tags on all of her toys so I decided I would try and make her a tag blanket hoping that she would love it. It was pretty easy to make and sure enough she LOVES it! I have to admit though that I was trying to make it while taking care of two babies so I convinced Adam to help me out. Its not perfect but I think it turned out pretty cute.
